The Visionary
Jeannice Carrillo
Founder & Principal Designer at Jean Prescott Studio. Transforming custom space visions into living masterpieces across California.
“Design is about creating spaces that elevate the human experience.”
Her Story
Jeannice Carrillo is more than the founder of Jean Prescott Studio: she is a visionary custom space designer leading the way in California’s design industry. Since establishing the studio in January 2014, Jeannice has blended aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability to transform residential and commercial spaces into elegant environments tailored to each client’s lifestyle.
Growing up alongside her father, who taught her the value of customer-focused service and craftsmanship, Jeannice developed a strong eye for detail and a deep understanding of how to create spaces that are both beautiful and practical.
Her innovative approach and commitment to excellence have made her a trusted partner for clients who want more than a standard design service. When you work with Jeannice, you are trusting her to create a personalized space that reflects your vision and improves the way you live or work.
Whether it is interior design, custom home design, commercial space planning, ADU design, or project coordination, Jeannice ensures every project is handled with precision, care, and attention to detail.
Outside of the studio, Jeannice finds balance and inspiration through family time, the serenity of the beach, movies, and driving around California, observing spaces, styles, and details that inspire her next project.

Amazing company from start to finish! The entire team has been exceptionally professional, helpful and has provided us with the plans we needed for our garage conversion ADU project. They are also a great value for the service provided.

Jeannie and her team are very prompt and communicative throughout the process of drawing up blueprints. They have been readily available to answer any of our questions. They have been quick to communicate with the city to get information on obtaining permits and took the time explain in detail the process of building an ADU. Would highly recommend!
